The Adirondack Community of Solutions Resource Booklet will increase the awareness, availability and accessibility of programs and services provided to those touched by cancer in the North Country. This includes cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, family members, friends and healthcare providers.

CSP Resource Guide- Winter 2011
The New York State Department of Health Cancer Services Program compiled resources to increase public and provider awareness about the importance of breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screening and improve the quality of cancer screening-related care received by New Yorkers. All patient education materials, CMD-granting continuing education opportunities and additional cancer-related resources listed in this guide can be provided at no charge.
