The New York State Cancer Consortium’s Survivorship Action Team would like to invite you to participate in our Cancer Survivors Forum. 

We want to hear from you!

Please join us before the Jamestown Area Cancer Patient & Survivor Workshop on October 23rd to connect with others affected by cancer, share experiences, and discuss barriers, challenges, and opportunities to improve cancer care in your community.

Light food and refreshments will be provided, and a $25 incentive will be mailed to attendees after the event.
